Interior Mosaics
These are copies of Greek and Roman mosaics which are suitable for interior use either as full floors. museum pieces or decorative panels.

For mosaics which need to be fitted in difficult locations such as ceilings/vaults I bring in a team of specialist fitters.
The Process
1. We discuss the design, including such things as: imagery, colours, interior/exterior, use of area etc.
2. You receive a drawing of the proposed mosaic; you then sign the drawing to say you are happy with the design.
3. 50% of the total fee is paid up front.
4. The mosaic is produced in the workshop here in Suffolk.
5. Once ready the mosaic is delivered to you complete or in panels (depending on the size) and set in place.
Using 8mm - 12mm size tesserae your mosaic floor will have in the region of 8,000 - 10,000 tesserae per m2.
Costs
There is a one off non returnable fee of £80.00 - £240.00 (waived for small pieces) design fee. This fee is taken off the total cost when the commission is accepted.
Geometric floors £1,600 - £4,200 per square metre.
Figural work £2,200 - £8.200 per m2.
